Arengi’s team stepped in to help us review our risk assessment & monitoring framework. This resulted in a revised approach, defined and tested on three “pilot” risks, which improved the reliability of risk assessments and provides a sound, easy-to-use approach to support prioritisation and decision making by our top management.
Arengi assisted the Audit, Risk and Internal Control department in the progessive ramp-up of the Group Risk Management function, particularly through joint work on conducting risk mapping processes and risk analyses in specific areas, reported to the Risk Committee.
As part of the creation of the Audit and Risk Management function within the Conseil Départemental de la Manche, we benefited from Arengi’s skills and expertise to conduct the local authority’s first risk mapping exercise. This methodological contribution, coupled with ArengiBox’s ease of use and performance in risk scoring, allowed us to meet the challenge posed the number of disciplines & organisations to be surveyed.
Arengi supported the Risk and Compliance Department in preparing and co-facilitating a collective risks and opportunities mapping exercise of for Roche France at 2020 horizon.
