  • Lead teams, methodologies and supporting tools to converge in an integrated approach federating risk management, internal control, insurance, sustainable development, internal audit, quality, HSE, …
  • Design and manage a robust, tailored, efficient, auditable risk management process
  • Structure and develop a risk management community or "risk and insurance" communities within the organization
  • Optimise insurable risks coverage through permanent collaboration betweeen internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop relevant, compelling reporting specifically directed towards governance bodies (Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Risk Committee…)
  • To address stakeholder requirements (rating agencies, authorities, customers, partners…)
  • Provide operational teams with practical solutions to analyse and treat complex risks
